Create a Band class
Duration: 1.5 hours per week for a total of 8 weeks
Day and time: Saturdays 2pm to 3:30pm (Other days and times available, if there is enough interest)
Location: Fearless Music Lessons (2800 Pleasant Hill Blvd Suite 220 Pleasant Hill)
Cost: $600 for 2 months worth of classes( plus a special performance, TBD) Each class is 1.5 hours
Description of class:
Are you looking for the chance to use your musical skills and natural, raw talent and form a band with the help of two experienced music teachers, who have performed in bands for over 25 years? Do you want the chance to perform in front of a real live audience? Do you want a fun weekly class that not only teaches you how to form a band, but inspires you to share your music and your gifts. Well, we have the class for you! All we ask is that you know how to play an instrument or sing and have an hour and thirty minutes each week. We will help you learn how to play as a band, how to perform with emotion and help you to bring joy to others with the gift of music. We will guide you and teach you 3 to 5 “house tunes” that you can add to your repertoire and at the end of the 8 week course you will perform your awesome set for the public, and possibly form life-long friendships, just like we did, in a class much like this, way back in 1999.
